Meet Sierra Morra

I was raised in Milford, OH, and graduated from Archbishop McNicholas High School. After a year at the University of North Florida, I pursued a career in hospitality, managing a local restaurant, which helped me to develop organization, communication, networking, and problem-solving skills. I also worked in property management, which gave me an immense amount of background knowledge in real estate fair housing laws. While working these jobs, I learned I didn’t want a career where I was behind a computer all the time and I thrived in an environment focused on people, their needs, and conversation. This self-reflection led me to real estate. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my four dogs, hiking at the Cincinnati Nature Center, FaceTiming my nephew who lives in Florida, reading, and cross-stitching.
